Project Specialist

Olly Chang facilitates the management of TCSS projects. These include global training programs, public projects, local and international conferences, think tank partnerships, publications, and other major events. She designs, oversees, and implements proposals from its conception through to completion. From this, she interacts and collaborates with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Graduated from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom and National Chengchi University, Taiwan, she holds an MSc. in Marketing and a B.A. in Diplomacy.
