胡瑞舟 Juichou Richard Hu

Dr. Hu is currently a retired ROCA Major General. He holds a PhD in Political Science from New York State University. In the past, he was a Senior Director of National and International Security Studies at Harvard University, the Senior Executive at Transnational Security Cooperation of U.S. Asia-Pacific Security Research Center, the Army Aviation Special Operations Command and Major General of the Eighth Army at National Defense University, a visiting researcher of the United Nations Institute for Defense and Security of the Royal Armed Forces, an Incumbent Deputy Chief Executive at Taiwan Center for Security Studies at National Chengchi University (NCCU), an adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Diplomacy at NCCU, and an adjunct Assistant Professor at National Defense University.
