Cho KwanHaeng is an associate professor of Department of Military Strategy at the Korea Air Force Academy and served as director of academic information service center of the Korea Air Force Academy. Professor Cho graduated from the Air Force Academy and earned a master’s degree in international politics from Korea University. He received a doctorate in military strategy from the Korea National Defense University. He was selected for the Fellowship of the Taiwan Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2022 and is studying as a visiting scholar from January to August 2023 at the Taiwan Center for Security Studies. Professor Cho’s research topic is on Taiwan’s military strategy. His research interests are air force, air power strategy, military strategy, United States Forces Korea and wartime operational control.
