Recipient of the Republic of China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs Taiwan Fellowship for 2022. Bruno holds a Master’s degree in International Strategic Studies and is a Political Science Ph.D. candidate at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) in Brazil. He is also a researcher of the Brazilian Center for Strategy and International Relations at the same university and co-founder and researcher of the Brazilian think-tank South American Institute for Policy and Strategy (ISAPE). He researches East Asia and South America Foreign Policy and International Security, focusing on the China-US Strategic Competition and Regional Integration issues.
