Internship Period : 2024

Maximilian is an undergraduate student of International Relations and Communications at the University of Erfurt, Germany. In 2018, he participated in an exchange program to China, sparking his interest in both China and Asia more broadly. After receiving the MOFA Taiwan-Europe Scholarship in 2023, he is currently enrolled as an exchange student at National Chengchi University’s Department of Diplomacy to deepen his understanding of Asian international relations and culture. His research interests include cross-strait relations and the PRC’s military modernization.
