Internship Period : 2023

Ethan Pooley is a recipient of the New Colombo Plan Scholarship for 2023. He has great interest in both Chinese geo-political and social policy. Currently, he is in his final semester of a 5-year double bachelor’s degree majoring in Political Science and Chinese Language at the University of Technology Sydney in Sydney, Australia. Prior to the internship, he has a 12-month experience doing research assistance work for the Australia-China Relations Institute. Apart from his studies, he also serves as the Chair of Indigenous Policy for a youth organization, where he enjoys working in diverse cultural environments and engages in insightful conversations on topics such as history and politics.
